It's spooky season
and nothing is scarier than allowing yourself to be fully seen
Welcome to the Visibility + Shadow Challenge a 31-day spooky-season experiment in looking at what’s actually been keeping you hidden…
…and becoming brave enough to stop letting it make your decisions.
OCTOBER 1-30
$97 USD
What if being seen didn't feel so f*cking scary?
You turn the camera on and people actually get to experience YOU instead of the carefully monitored version you’ve decided is acceptable.
You share your creations because you’re excited for another human being to experience what you made.
You promote your work without feeling like you need to apologize for wanting people to buy it.
You stop sanding down your personality before walking into the room.
You sing without pulling your voice back the second someone might hear you.
You speak without mentally watching yourself speak.
You audition.
You go live.
You take the risk.
You let yourself want the fucking thing.
And suddenly that magnetic, irresistible person you’ve been trying so hard to “become” isn’t something you have to manufacture.
She’s what was underneath all the shrinking.
This isn’t about becoming louder.
It’s not about becoming famous.
It’s not about turning yourself into an influencer.
It’s about becoming MORE YOU.
And building the capacity to actually hold the life that version of you says she wants.
Or, maybe you've just been hiding.
peak a boo
And here's the real tea...
Maybe something in you has learned that hiding feels safer than ACTUALLY being witnessed.
And you can continue on like most people and spend another month avoiding looking at it.
But ask yourself:
What’s actually scarier?
Feeling the discomfort of being seen and getting uncomfortable enough to look at the patterns you’ve been unconsciously operating from……
or looking back at yet another year knowing you still didn’t f*cking do it? Knowing you didn't fully commit to what you said you wanted.
Because avoiding being seen and avoiding looking at your fear doesn't make it go away.
It just gives it the driver’s seat.
Because maybe the thing standing between you and the things you want isn't the following.
Maybe it’s what happens inside of you when it’s actually time to show up.
To post the video.
Sing the song.
Walk into the audition.
Sell the thing you created.
Speak in front of the room.
Take up space.
Let somebody have an opinion about you.
Let yourself be witnessed without immediately shrinking, perfecting, performing, hiding or running away.
THAT’S where shit gets spooky.
And this October?
We’re going into the shadows.
now, the challenge
When I talk about a visibility challenge...
I don't mean another "post 30 days consistently blah blah and do content blah blah and grow your following and be an influencer and social media blah blah a$$ barf I hate it
Please.
Because you can learn every social media strategy on earth and still struggle to use it if some part of you believes that being fully seen isn’t safe.
TRUE Visibility isn't about begging people to look at you.
It's about what happens inside of you when people are actually looking.
Throughout October, we’re going to intentionally practice visibility while noticing the places you contract, hide, perfect, perform, people-please or pull your energy back.
Then we’re going to work with what comes up.
The goal isn’t just to make you more visible.
It’s to help you become the person who can stay connected to yourself while being witnessed.
So sharing your work doesn’t feel like selling your soul.
Promoting something you created doesn’t make you want to crawl out of your skin.
Walking into an audition, class, meeting or room doesn’t require you to shrink first.
And showing up on camera starts feeling less like performing a version of yourself people might approve of…
…and more like letting people experience YOU.
This challenge isn’t about hypnotizing yourself into never feeling nervous again.
It’s about expanding your capacity to feel the fear without handing it the steering wheel.
To notice yourself wanting to contract…
and stay.
To feel exposed after posting something vulnerable…
and stay.
To hear the critical voice…
and stay.
To feel your body activate when all eyes are on you…
and stay.
To let somebody witness your voice, your art, your business, your ideas, your ambition, your weirdness, your fucking MAGIC…
and stay with yourself through it.
Because THAT’S the skill.
You don’t need to become someone who never experiences fear.
You become someone who no longer abandons herself because fear showed up.
"I can confidently say Sarah has created something extraordinary. She is a brilliant vocal coach and performer and she has put together a life changing program. The Spotlight System is science-backed, compassionate, and truly built for creatives. Sarah brings all of this inner work together with real science and yet so relatable. I trust Sarah completely. This isnt a quick "30 day to your new self sort of adventure"- this program can go with ant artist at any stage- long term! The neuroscience, the inner-child work, and the creative restoration working together. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to any artist ready to step into who they truly are. I know this program will help any artist ready to move past fear, stage nerves, creative blocks, and the subconscious patterns holding them back. I’m so grateful she’s put all of this in one place. You are in good hands with Sarah! Can't wait to continue to work through this course and implement more of these elements in my own business and performing."
Chelsea Cowan - Voice Teacher and Pro Singer, Salt Lake City, Utah
"Working with Sarah for the last 3 years has been the absolute BEST thing I could have done for myself as a performer, person, artist, and songwriter. She has not only gotten me to a place of ease and freedom from a vocal/physical standpoint, but has allowed me to completely alter my view of myself as a singer, the entire craft of performing, open up more opportunities for myself, and helped me grow into someone I am excited to share on stage, in audition rooms, and in the industry as a working musician. I have come so far (seriously leaps and bounds) from where I started and have become so grounded and solidified in my purpose, being able to fully trust myself and my instrument to take me where l need to go- it is seriously all thanks to her. Her expertise, kindness, ability to adapt and adjust quickly to mv needs and most importantly: the environment she creates, even 2500 miles away, has made me more excited than ever to say I am going to be a performer!"

BECAUSE YOUR VISION REQUIRES A VERSION OF YOU WHO CAN HANDLE BEING SEEN HAVING IT.
Think about what you say you want.
The audience.
The business.
The career.
The performance.
The clients.
The relationship.
The room.
The opportunities.
The voice.
The freedom.
The impact.
Now ask yourself:
What happens in your body when you imagine people actually witnessing you having it?
Because creating the vision is one thing.
Being able to hold it is another.
Throughout October, we’re going to practice preparing your brain and body for more visibility — while looking directly at what comes up when you move toward it.
Not so you can force yourself into becoming someone else.
So you can stop unconsciously fighting the person you’re already becoming.
Here’s the crazy thing about fear :
You don’t have to consciously choose it for it to start making decisions for you.
Sometimes it looks like procrastination.
Perfectionism.
Overthinking.
“I need to work on it a little longer.”
“I’ll post tomorrow.”
“I don’t want to be annoying.”
“I hate selling myself.”
“I don’t know what to say.”
"What if I crack? What if my singing sounds bad?"
“I just don’t feel inspired right now.”
“I’ll audition for the next one.”
“I don’t really care about social media anyway.”
"I'll just let my agent submit me. I don't need to strategize my career."
"Why do all these freaking nepo babies get all the jobs? Do I need a million followers just to be taken seriously?"
Maybe.
