Class will have a Q and A feature so you get your burning questions answered by our experts. See the above question in the FAQ's to see what calls will cover.  But no, there won't be singing coaching on these calls

Due to the nature of this style of coaching, there are no refunds at any time for any reason, whether you choose to use the membership or not.

• In order to not be charged for the following month, you must cancel before your next billing cycle. For example, if your billing date is the 3rd of every month, in order to not get cancelled for the next month, you must cancel at least 5 business days before the 3rd.

This goes deeper. We’re not just talking about your thoughts — we’re rewiring your subconscious and nervous system. This is different than your average manifestation program- it's trauma informed, co-designed by a professional therapist and informed by the latest techniques based in neuroscience. You also get the strategy and action steps- not just the fluffy think positive stuff. Packed with hypnosis and actionable, clear steps- you will not only be supporting yourself through the ups and down of the ride of being an artist, but will also get career STRATEGY. 

There will be two types of calls that you can attend live: support and strategy.

Strategy calls will be with leading industry professionals: people who specialize in headshots, branding, self promotion and marketing, social media, career management, casting and money management. We will also pull from the Inner Circle and ask members what they need the most and bring those experts on board. 

The support calls will be helping you navigate the spotlight system and deeply integrate. Those calls will be classes with experts in Somatic practices, hypnosis, breath work, energy clearing and manifestation. Some calls will be focused around group challenges as we navigate the spotlight system together. 

This community is really all- encompassing and is all about giving you the career action steps and strategy while getting your subconscious and nervous system on board. 

That's why there are other integration exercises and live calls available to you to. However, a large part of the Spotlight System™ uses hypnosis, which, when completed, will garner the best results. Hypnosis and meditation are skills that can be practiced and improved over time. There are also other ways you can do the hypnosis tracks besides sitting still on your coach. You can listen to them while multi tasking, in the shower, or before you go to sleep. There will also be faster paced tracks available throughout the course in case you have a really active brain and need to do it while walking around. 

In order to be in integrity and actually serve the community to the best of our ability, the Signer's PATH inner circle membership is capped at an intimate size. 

Any community or group I run, there is a zero tolerance policy for bullying. We only attract good hearted artists who are interested in building a supportive community together. Any negative interactions and toxic behavior will be immediately addressed and members who do not play by the rules of the community will be removed without refunds. 

The community will have pages dedicated to it where you can share your creative wins with other artists. You finally finished the song you've been working on and just want to be seen by a safe group of people? Post it in there. We will also have a "asking for feedback' section of the membership where you can post your creative project-in-progress for specific feedback. Positive, constructive criticism is the only feedback welcome in the community, and consent to receive feedback will be a strict policy within the community. 

The Spotlight System™ are the neural re-wiring programs you will have access to once you join the membership. There are 10 programs total and each deals with specific artist related issues. Scroll above to the breakdown of the Spotlight System™ to learn more about the specifics of each program. 

The Spotlight System™ includes video lessons, hypnosis tracks, nervous system regulation techniques, action steps, exercises and integration activities. The length of each program depends on the subject matter. 

The system is meant to be worked through over and over again. Repetition is key to have the neural re-programming become permanent and give you the opportunity to start to take action from the new programming. It will depend person to person, but each program will most likely take around 1-2 months to complete in order to see the best results. We recommend you first work through the program in order just to get familiar with what tools are available to you. Then you'll be able to bounce around and pick exercises and tracks that are more specific to your current needs. 

Uncovering and reprogramming blocks and unhelpful subconscious stories is also done in layers- so you will find yourself returning and re-using hypnosis tracks based on what's coming up in your life. This basically will be a life long tool that you'll re-use over and over again, as your career up levels. New levels, new devils. And the Spotlight System™ is here to catch you. 

You probably will have questions pop up as you work through it- that's why the live calls are important and using the community page. Our experts can answer questions you have about doing the inner work.

The program was co-designed with a therapist, however they are not YOUR therapist and are not giving you therapy directly. No, hypnosis is not mind control.  It's not evil and it's not witchcraft- it's neuroscience.

How Hypnosis Affects Your Brain: 

When you’re in an ordinary state of mind, your thought processes work on old neuro programming which filters, doubts, and clings to what is familiar to you. Hypnotherapy, or deep meditative states, allow you to slow down and slip beneath the surface into the calm waters of the alpha and theta brain waves. In this state of ease, your nervous system shifts from fight or flight mode to rest and repair.  When we induce alpha (8–12 Hz) and theta (4–8 Hz) brain rhythms,there is a relaxed wakefulness, memory reconsolidation, and enhanced neuroplasticity that occurs. These states facilitate stress reduction and increase receptivity to change of deeply ingrained patterns.

How Hypnosis Plays into The Spotlight System™: 

Each program has specially designed Hypnosis tracks that will help you reprogram your own brain in the direction you've been wanting to go with your art and expression. Through these recordings, you will be guided using imagery, words, gentle repetition, and prompting to support you in loosening the grip of old patterns and creating new supportive beliefs and habits. Prioritizing practicing these tracks will be an integral part of seeing success with this program, as your brain needs repetition to adopt new subconscious programming. 

 It's the fastest and most permanent way of taking out subconscious programming that's keeping you acting in loops that are NOT creating the life you want and quickly put in NEW programming that does align with the way you want to live. It is real, and I personally have completely changed my life because of it.

If you're uncertain, you will always have control of your actions and can sit up at any time during the meditation tracks. If you have a hard time believing hypnosis works, think of it as teaching and conditioning your wild mind to be more productive and actually work in your favor, instead of spinning out on thought patterns that aren't serving you. 

All live calls will be recorded and live in the library on the community dashboard so you can access them at any time. 

It really depends person to person, and if you actually DO and practice all the tools at your disposal. But you should feel an immediate difference every time you do a hypnosis track. Most people start to see big differences in how they show up in their life after 6-8 weeks. There is often a little bit of a lag while programming your internal world to see it show up in your external world. But again, this all depends on how much you commit yourself to actually fully doing the programs and repeating the hypnosis tracks daily.
